Association Administrator Access

Association Admin is the role used for broad association administration. It is appropriate for people trusted to coordinate settings, members, and other association operations available in their workspace.
Access is not a shared password. Each administrator should use their own account. To add an eligible active member as an administrator, follow How to appoint an Association Administrator.
For association decisions, see create a governance item and view voting results.
For association-wide updates, learn how to publish an association activity as an announcement and understand announcement visibility.
Association Admins can create projects and upload association files. See Understand Documents and Projects access for the exact viewing and management controls.
Association Admins also manage leadership role decisions through the Member Role Assignment workspace, including recommendations, comparisons, direct assignments, and voting handoff.
Association Admins manage the association's Asovex plan and subscription. See Understand Asovex Subscription and Billing for plan comparison, billing changes, cancellation, and receipts.
Association Admins also have responsibility for association access and permanent closure decisions. Review association and member information access and account or association deletion before changing those boundaries.
