Understand Association and Member Information Access

Asovex opens association workspaces through the membership and role connected to the signed-in account. A member works in the association available to that account, while officers receive additional areas and actions for their responsibilities.

Member information is used across features

Member names and related profile information can appear where the product needs to identify participants, including member management, the member directory, direct Live Chat, meeting participation, projects, leadership review, and named voting results. Visibility therefore depends on the feature and cannot be summarized as administrator-only access.
Management actions remain role-specific. Association Admins manage membership and role assignment. Other officer and member workspaces expose the records and actions supported for those roles. Read Understand Asovex roles and permissions for the detailed role model.

Check unexpected access

If the wrong association, workspace, or member action appears:
  1. Confirm which account is signed in.
  2. Confirm the association shown in the workspace.
  3. Ask an Association Admin to review your membership status and assigned role.
  4. Avoid sharing or changing records until the access issue is resolved.
Role changes can alter what appears after the app refreshes. They do not make administrative records universally visible to association members.
