View Voting Results
The organizer selects when results appear while creating a governance item. Visible immediately allows the result preview during voting. Visible after close delays it until the item closes. Admin only keeps that preview for authorized managers. On Governance Details, a hidden preview says results are not available under the current setting.When the preview is available, select Open full analytics to view Results & Analytics. It shows turnout, an outcome summary, and a performance board for ballot options or Leadership Election candidates. Each entry shows its tally and a percentage of submitted responses. For ballots that permit more than one selection, option percentages need not add to 100%. A Named item may also display a participation list; an Anonymous item does not show that member-facing list. The label is a display setting, not a promise of universal ballot secrecy.
Results can change while voting remains open or if the organizer permits response editing. The analytics page refreshes while open, but allow a moment for new responses to appear. A tied leading outcome may be shown as a draw; after closing, an authorized manager may use Conduct again to schedule a rerun. The status guide explains when voting opens and closes.
If you see Results unavailable, try reopening the item. If the preview is hidden, check its Results rule on Governance Details or ask the organizer when results will be shared.
