Understand Asovex Subscription and Billing

Subscription & Billing manages the plan your association uses to access Asovex. It shows the current plan, billing status, renewal information, member usage, available plans, feature access, and subscription activity.
This billing area is separate from money your association collects from members. Member dues, contributions, payment proofs, and member invoices belong to Finance in Asovex. Subscription & Billing covers what the association pays for Asovex itself.

What you can manage

An Association Admin can use the billing center to:
  • Review the current plan and status
  • Compare Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium
  • Compare monthly and yearly billing
  • See current member usage against the plan limit
  • Upgrade or schedule a lower plan
  • Cancel or reactivate the subscription
  • Review subscription history and download PDF receipts
The plan comparison reads the current plan records shown in Asovex. Check that screen for current prices, limits, and included features before confirming a change.
Sign in to Asovex and open Subscription & Billing from the Association Admin workspace. Start with View your current Asovex plan for the information shown there.
