Use Meeting Details

Open a meeting from the Meetings & Events hub or calendar to review its full record. The details page is the shared reference for the schedule, participation, agenda, and follow-up information.

Review the meeting

Check the title, status, date, time, timezone, and venue or access information before attending. The page also presents an overview, participant responses, attendance, agenda items, attachments, minutes and decisions, and activity. Sections can be empty when their information has not been added yet. An invitation can be shared and a calendar file exported when those actions are available for the meeting.
If you are an invited participant, use the RSVP control to state your plans. The Join or Start meeting action becomes available only when the meeting is active and you are an invited participant. Joining records your RSVP as going and marks you present; see meeting attendance.

Management actions

Association Admins, Secretaries, and Super Admins can see controls to edit or duplicate a meeting, update its status, send a reminder to non-responders, record attendance, and edit minutes. These controls depend on the meeting's state. The Live session action opens the linked live meeting scheduler; see live meetings.
If details cannot load, return to the hub and try again. If a specific meeting is unavailable, confirm your association and invitation with the organizer.
