Respond to a Meeting Invitation
An RSVP tells your association whether you plan to attend. It is your response to an invitation, while attendance records what happened at the meeting.Send or change your response
Open RSVP to Events, My RSVPs, or an invited meeting's details page. Choose Going, Maybe, or Not attending in the RSVP control. A pending response means you have not answered yet. Your choice is saved to that meeting and can be changed while RSVP remains open.Only invited participants can respond. If the meeting says you are not an invited participant, ask its organizer to check the participant list. RSVP closes when the meeting is cancelled or completed, or after its end time. A closed response cannot be changed from the RSVP control.
Meeting managers can review participant responses on the details page and send a reminder to non-responders. A response of Going does not itself prove attendance. Understand meeting attendance explains check-in and attendance status.
If you cannot find an invitation, check the meeting's visibility and access. If a response fails to save, reopen the meeting and try again while it is still active.
