Understand Meeting Access and Visibility
The organizer chooses the audience while scheduling a meeting. The available visibility choices are All members, Executives only, and Selected members. A selected-members meeting requires at least one selected participant before it can be scheduled. The audience choice is part of the meeting record. An RSVP and in-meeting join require an invitation. A participant who is not on the meeting's participant list sees a message that they are not invited and cannot submit an RSVP. Only invited participants can join an active meeting. Read respond to a meeting invitation for the response rules.
Association Admins, Secretaries, and Super Admins have management controls for scheduling and editing meetings. A member who cannot see Schedule should ask an Association Admin to review the assigned role. Understand Asovex roles and permissions explains the broader account model.
If an expected meeting is missing, confirm that you are in the correct association, ask the organizer which audience was selected, and ask whether you were added as a participant. If a meeting is visible but its access actions are disabled, check its start and end time and status on meeting details.
