Record Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes keep the meeting's summary and decisions with its association meeting record. Authorized meeting managers can review and edit them from the meeting details page. The Secretary workspace also provides Create Minutes.

Write minutes as a Secretary

Open Create Minutes and select the meeting you want to document. You can search the meeting list by title or category. Enter a Meeting summary describing the discussion and outcome. Add Decisions reached with one decision per line, then select Save minutes. A summary is required; the form will ask for one if it is blank.
The Create Minutes page updates the meeting's official summary and decisions. Existing action items remain attached to the meeting; this form does not replace them. After saving, open the meeting details page to review the Minutes & decisions section.
Association Admins, Secretaries, and Super Admins can also use Edit minutes from meeting details. If you cannot find the meeting in the editor, check that it exists in the Meetings & Events hub and that your role has the appropriate management access. For broader Secretary permissions, see Secretary access in Asovex.
