Schedule and Manage an Association Meeting

Association Admins, Secretaries, and Super Admins can schedule meetings from Meetings & Events. The scheduling form guides you through Basics, Venue, Attendance, and Finalize before you publish the record.

Build the meeting

Select Schedule in the meetings hub. Enter the meeting's title, purpose, date, start and end times, and timezone. Choose the meeting format and provide the location or access information members will need. The attendance step lets you choose who can see the meeting: all members, executives only, or selected members. A selected-members meeting needs at least one selected participant. You can set whether RSVP is required and whether guests are allowed.
Add agenda items so invitees know what will be covered. The form requires at least one agenda item before scheduling. Review the final summary, then schedule. If you need to return later, Save draft preserves the scheduling form. Draft meetings are visible in the management hub.

Update an existing record

Open the meeting's details page. Meeting managers can use Edit to change the record or Duplicate to start a copy. Status controls allow a meeting to be cancelled or marked completed when those actions are available for its current state. Review the meeting details after saving so participants have the correct time, location, audience, and agenda.
For participant responses, see RSVP management. For what each audience option means to members, see meeting access and visibility.
