Cast or Update Your Vote

Open an available governance item from the Voting Hub. The ballot is on its Governance Details page. Read the description, start and end times, and eligibility summary before choosing a response.

Submit a response

For a poll or vote, select a ballot option. A multiple-choice item permits more than one selection; other option ballots show a single selection in the current ballot. For a Leadership Election, select the candidate or candidates allowed by the displayed method. Select Submit my vote, then review the confirmation prompt and choose Confirm. The page reports that your vote was recorded after a successful submission.
The ballot is available only during the active voting window and when your account is eligible. If voting has not started, has closed, or your account is outside the chosen audience, the page explains why it will not accept a response. See understand voting eligibility.

Change a submitted response

If the organizer enabled Allow vote editing, the button becomes Update my vote while voting remains open. Review your current selection, change it, and confirm again. If editing is disabled, a submitted response is locked in the app. Once voting closes, the ballot no longer accepts updates.
