Use Governance Details
Select an item in Voting / Polls / Elections to open Governance Details. This page brings the decision's purpose, voting window, ballot, participation, and available results together.Read the item before voting
The header shows its type, status, Anonymous or Named label, opening and closing times, and eligible-voter count. A linked meeting or agenda item appears when the organizer added one. Governance rules summarizes the audience, vote-editing choice, quorum setting, and result visibility. The Ballot options or Candidates section contains the response controls. See cast or update your vote for the submission steps.The Results preview can show a leading outcome, turnout context, or a message that results are hidden under the item's settings. When allowed, Open full analytics leads to Results & Analytics. Attachments and an activity timeline may appear when information has been added.
Organizer actions
Association Admins, Secretaries, and Super Admins see management actions such as Edit, Duplicate, and, for a draft, Publish. An active item offers Close now. The action row can also offer sharing and results controls. Check governance item status before changing the voting window or closing an item.If details say Governance item unavailable, pull to refresh or select Try again. If the item remains inaccessible, ask its organizer to confirm your association access.
