Use the Voting Hub

The Voting / Polls / Elections hub helps you find association decision items without searching through individual meetings or messages.

Browse and filter

Open the voting workspace in Asovex. Use the All, Polls, Votes, and Elections tabs to browse by type. Status tabs include Drafts, Active, Scheduled, Closed, and Archived. Search by title, description, category, or linked meeting context. The Meeting linked, Anonymous, and Eligible for me filters narrow the list further. Select a card to open its Governance Details.
The hub displays counts for active and scheduled items and elections. A manager also sees Create vote. If you do not have that control, consult Asovex roles and permissions or ask an Association Admin to review your role.

If an item is missing

Clear the search and filters, then try All or another status tab. Draft items are not presented to ordinary members. Published items are shown to members who meet the configured audience; voting eligibility explains that audience. If the entire workspace says Voting workspace unavailable, choose Try again. For an expected item that remains missing, ask the organizer to confirm your access and the item's status.
