Understand Voting, Polls, and Elections in Asovex

The Voting / Polls / Elections workspace holds association decisions in one place. An item may be a Quick Poll, Formal Vote, Leadership Election, Referendum, Budget Approval, Motion Vote, or Opinion Poll. Asovex calls each record a governance item. Its type determines whether the ballot shows options or, for a Leadership Election, candidates.

Find the right decision

Sign in to Asovex and open Voting / Polls / Elections. The Voting Hub lists the items available in your association. Open one to review its purpose, voting window, audience, ballot, and result settings on Governance Details.
Seeing an item does not always mean you can vote. Your eligibility and the item's status determine whether the ballot accepts a response. Understand voting eligibility explains the audience choices and what to check when you cannot participate.
Association Admins, Secretaries, and Super Admins can create and manage governance items. Members use the available ballot to submit a vote while voting is open. Results may be visible immediately, after closing, or only to admins, depending on the organizer's choice.
