Understand Reports in Asovex

Asovex provides a dedicated Financial reports center for reviewing association collections, dues, outstanding invoices, member payment reliability, contribution campaigns, payment costs, and finance-ledger movement.

What Reports covers

The center brings several views together:
  • A financial overview with collection, outstanding, overdue, and health indicators
  • Collection totals and sources
  • Member dues compliance and invoice aging
  • Member financial insights and reliability
  • Contribution campaign progress
  • Payment methods, platform fees, and gateway fees
  • Finance-ledger inflow, outflow, and net movement
Reports summarize records already created through Finance. They do not replace invoice, payment, proof-review, or receipt workflows. Start with Use the Financial Reports center, then follow the linked Finance guidance when a source record needs attention.
Asovex does not present separate attendance, meeting, election, governance, or Leadership reports in this center. Use meeting attendance guidance, voting results, and Leadership performance signals for those module-specific views.
