Review Leadership Readiness and Performance Signals

Leadership performance in Asovex is a calculated view of existing association participation. It is not a manually written performance review or an employee appraisal.

Understand the main signals

The leadership review combines four main areas:
  • Attendance — meeting attendance, RSVP responsiveness, and punctuality records
  • Voting — participation in votes for which the member was eligible
  • Activity — recent association activity and use of supported collaboration areas
  • Dues — the member's recorded dues-compliance information
The detailed view can also show project and document contributions, communication activity, profile completeness, recent activity, reliability, and governance participation. The role-fit weighting changes with the selected target role. For example, finance roles place more emphasis on dues signals, while communication-oriented roles place more emphasis on activity.

Read scores with context

A role-fit score, confidence value, strengths, warnings, trend, and status are calculated from the records currently available. Sparse or missing activity can lower confidence or produce warnings. Recommended indicates that the current score meets the workspace threshold and has no active warning; it is not approval or an appointment.
Refresh the workspace after attendance, payment, voting, or activity records change. Compare the result with the person's responsibilities and association process before using a direct leadership assignment.
