Understand Reports Access and Permissions

Financial reports is scoped to the association connected to the signed-in account.
Association Admins and Treasurers can open the association report bundle and export its supported CSV reports. Secretaries can open and refresh the report center but do not receive the CSV export controls. The report service also recognizes the Financial Secretary role for association report viewing without export access.
Members do not receive the association Financial reports center through their dashboard. Member invoice and payment information remains available through the member Finance experience described in Understand member invoices.
Report access does not grant permission to change invoices, payments, proofs, campaigns, or ledger entries. Those actions continue to follow their Finance permissions. See Treasurer Access, Secretary Access, or Association Administrator Access for broader workspace guidance.
