Understand Why an Asovex Feature Is Unavailable
Asovex applies several independent access checks. Identify the message or missing control before asking for a role change or plan upgrade.Membership and association
The account must belong to the association that owns the record, and its membership must be active. A missing association context can prevent multiple modules from loading.Role permission
Roles provide different dashboards and actions. A member may view a record without receiving its management controls. Ask an Association Admin to review the assigned role, then use roles and permissions for the verified differences.Subscription plan
When Asovex shows Plan upgrade required, it names the minimum plan for that feature. An Association Admin can choose View plans; other roles are directed to the Association Admin. The feature remains locked until the association has the required plan and the account also has the required role permission.Current examples include Reports and Projects on Basic, Leadership Roles on Standard, and Live Meetings, Elections, and Automation on Premium. Standard does not include Live Meetings. Use plan feature access as the authoritative guide.
Member capacity or record state
Member limits use the current plan values shown in Subscription & Billing. Do not rely on an old numeric limit. A plan change can be blocked when active membership is above the target capacity. An individual record can also disable an action: voting may not be open, a meeting may not have started, results may be hidden, or an item may be closed or archived. Review its status and timing before changing account access.
