Understand Asovex Plan Feature Access

Asovex checks the association's active plan when a person opens a plan-controlled area or action.
If the plan does not include that feature, Asovex shows Plan upgrade required and identifies the minimum plan currently required. The feature remains locked.
  • Association Admins can select View plans and continue to Subscription & Billing.
  • Treasurers, Secretaries, and Members are asked to contact their Association Admin because they cannot upgrade the association themselves.
Feature requirements are defined by the current entitlement configuration. Examples include Live Meetings on Premium, voting and elections on Premium, Reports on Basic, Projects on Basic, Leadership Roles on Standard, and Automation on Premium. Standard does not include Live Meetings in the current configuration.
The plan comparison can also show features gained during an upgrade and features that become locked after a downgrade. Historical association records remain intact when a feature is locked.
For general role differences, see Understand Asovex roles and permissions. A role must still have permission to use a feature even when the association plan includes it.
Use Why an Asovex feature is unavailable to distinguish a plan lock from a role, membership, member-capacity, or record-status restriction.
