Understand Asovex Plan Member Limits

Each Asovex plan has an active-member capacity. Subscription & Billing shows current active members against that limit and displays the capacity on every plan card.
When the association approaches or exceeds its current limit, the billing center highlights the pressure and may recommend a plan with more room. Use the current values shown in Asovex because plan limits are maintained with the plan definitions.

Moving to a lower limit

Asovex checks current active-member usage before opening a lower-plan change. If the association has more active members than the target allows, the Association Admin is directed to member-management tools instead of the plan-change flow.
A scheduled change is checked again when it reaches its effective date. If active membership still exceeds the target limit, the change cannot finish and the association may become inactive while membership is reduced. The existing records remain available for recovery after the limit issue is resolved.
Review member management in Asovex before choosing a plan with a lower capacity. Member dues and invoice status do not determine this limit; it uses active association membership.
