Understand Leadership in Asovex
Asovex brings association role decisions into the Member Role Assignment workspace. Association Admins can review current leaders, identify vacant roles, compare member signals, assign a role directly, or prepare a leadership election for the Voting workflow.What the workspace shows
The dashboard summarizes total members, current executives, members who meet the current leadership-readiness threshold, and available recommendations. It also highlights executive roles that no active association member currently holds.Member cards combine the person's current role with calculated attendance, voting, activity, and dues signals. Select a member to open a deeper leadership review with role fit, strengths, areas to review, recent association activity, and recorded role changes. Start with use the Member Role Assignment workspace.
Decisions remain with the association
Recommendation scores help an administrator review available association records. They do not appoint anyone automatically. The administrator must confirm a direct assignment or deliberately open the election creation flow.
