Send and Play Voice Notes

Live Chat lets you record a short voice note from the message input and send it directly to another association member.

Record and send a voice note

  1. Open the member's conversation.
  2. Press and hold the microphone control.
  3. Speak while the input shows Recording and the elapsed time.
  4. Release the control to stop recording and send the voice note.
Your browser or device must allow microphone access. If permission is unavailable, recording does not begin. The current recorder sends when you release the microphone control; it does not show pause, resume, editing, or transcription controls.

Play a voice note

Select the play control on a voice note. The message shows its playback position and duration. Select the pause control to pause; select play again to resume. After playback completes, selecting play starts the note again.
If the recording is still being prepared, Asovex can ask you to try again. An unavailable recording produces an Unable to play this voice note message. See troubleshoot Live Chat for connection and permission checks.
No maximum recording duration, playback-speed control, background recording, or automatic transcription is documented in the current interface.
