Downgrade or Change Your Asovex Billing Cycle
An Association Admin can choose a lower plan or change between monthly and yearly billing from the plan comparison.Review a lower-plan change
The review shows the target member capacity, features that will become locked, price direction, and effective timing. A no-charge downgrade requires an acknowledgement and the word DOWNGRADE before it can be confirmed.Lower-plan changes are scheduled for the current period end. The existing plan and its feature access remain active until the displayed effective date. Switching from yearly to monthly billing is also scheduled for the end of the current yearly commitment.
If active membership already exceeds the target plan's capacity, Asovex sends the administrator to member management and does not open the downgrade flow. A scheduled change is checked again on its effective date; unresolved excess membership can place the association on hold until the count fits the target plan.
Existing association records remain intact when features become locked. Upgrading later can restore access to those plan-controlled features. Review Asovex plan member limits and plan feature access before confirming.
