Understand Your Asovex Workspace

After you sign in to Asovex, you enter the workspace connected to your account and association access. The dashboard is the starting point for the tasks available to you.

What your workspace shows

Your view is shaped by the association you belong to and the role assigned to you. This is why another person in the same association may see different menu items or actions. Use the dashboard to move to the areas relevant to your responsibilities.
If you are new to the platform, start with Getting Started with Asovex. It explains the broad first steps after access has been arranged.

If something is missing

First, make sure you signed in with the email address connected to the association. If an expected area is still unavailable, the association may need to review your access or role. Understand your Asovex role and dashboard before contacting the person who manages your association.
Do not share your password to resolve an access issue. If you cannot sign in at all, use the password recovery steps.
When the cause is unclear, use Start troubleshooting Asovex to check the account, association, role, plan, record state, and loading layers in order.
