Welcome to Asovex
Asovex is an association management platform designed to help organizations manage their members, administration, finances, meetings, communication, elections, documents, and other important association activities from one place.
This guide introduces the main steps you should take when getting started.
  1. Access your Asovex account
Start by signing in to your Asovex account.
Your available features and workspace depend on your association, your membership, your assigned role, and your association's subscription plan.
If you have been invited to an existing association, make sure you use the account connected to your invitation or membership.
  1. Join or access your association
Asovex is built around associations.
Depending on your situation, you may be creating or managing an association, joining an existing association, or accessing an association where you are already a member.
Once you have access, your association becomes the main workspace for its members, activities, administration, and records.
  1. Complete your profile
Keep your account and member information accurate.
Your profile helps your association maintain reliable membership information and allows Asovex to present the appropriate account and association experience.
  1. Understand your role
Different members can have different responsibilities inside an association.
Asovex supports administrative and operational roles so that access to sensitive functions can be controlled appropriately.
Your available options may therefore differ from those of another member of the same association.
  1. Add and manage members
For association administrators, member management is one of the most important parts of getting started.
Use the Members area to maintain your association's membership and manage the member-related actions available to your role.
  1. Configure your association
Association administrators should review the association's settings and information before relying on the platform for regular operations.
Make sure important association information is accurate and that the appropriate people have the correct responsibilities and access.
  1. Start using association tools
After the basic setup is complete, your association can begin using the tools available to it.
Depending on your role and subscription plan, these may include member management, dues and payments, meetings and attendance, elections and voting, announcements and notifications, live chat, documents, projects, leadership, finance, and reports.
Not every feature is necessarily available to every user or subscription plan.
  1. Keep important information current
As your association grows and changes, keep member information, leadership responsibilities, financial records, meetings, and other association data up to date.
A well-maintained workspace makes Asovex more useful to both administrators and members.
