Start Troubleshooting Asovex

Start with the layer that controls the action you are trying to take. An unavailable screen can result from the signed-in account, association membership, assigned role, association plan, the status of a meeting or vote, or a temporary loading problem.

Use this diagnostic order

  1. Confirm the account. Check that you signed in with the email connected to the intended membership.
  2. Confirm the association. Read the association name shown in the workspace before viewing or changing records.
  3. Check membership status. A pending request, inactive member account, or inactive association has a different recovery path from an ordinary loading failure.
  4. Check the assigned role. A role can allow viewing while withholding management or export actions.
  5. Check plan access. A Plan upgrade required dialog identifies a subscription restriction; changing a role does not remove it.
  6. Check the record state. Scheduled, closed, archived, cancelled, or already-completed records can disable actions even when access is otherwise correct.
  7. Refresh safely. Use the page's refresh, pull-to-refresh, Retry, or Try again control when it is available.
Do not repeat a payment, ballot submission, file upload, or destructive action merely because the screen has not updated. First reopen or refresh the relevant record and confirm whether the earlier action completed.

If the problem appears only on one phone, tablet, or computer, continue with Troubleshoot Asovex on your device.
