Understand Support Request Privacy

The in-app Support center keeps requests with the association connected to the signed-in account. Association users can open the association's recent Support conversations, and authorized Asovex Support staff can review and respond to those requests.
Because requests are association-scoped rather than a private personal inbox, write them for the appropriate association audience. The request can contain the requester's name, email, role, subject, messages, status, and attachments needed for the conversation.

Share only what Support needs

  • Describe the problem and the affected Asovex area.
  • Include screenshots or files only when they help explain the issue.
  • Remove unrelated member, payment, or private information where possible.
  • Never send passwords, password-reset links, payment credentials, or other private credentials.
Support staff may reply, change the request status, and ask for clarification. Other association users with access to the in-app Support center may see the association's request list and conversations, so do not use a Support request for information that should not be shared within that context.
For an account-access concern, state what you observed without sending authentication details. You can also use the public Contact Support entry point when you cannot sign in.
When you can sign in, prepare and follow an Asovex Support request through the in-app Help Desk.
