Understand Security and Privacy in Asovex

Asovex uses your signed-in account, association membership, and assigned role to determine the workspaces and actions available to you. Privacy boundaries also depend on the feature you are using: a meeting organizer chooses its audience, a document belongs to an association library, and a vote has its own eligibility and result-visibility rules.

The main access boundaries

  • Account: Sign-in and email verification connect activity to your account.
  • Association: Association records appear within the association available to that account.
  • Role: Management areas and actions differ for members and association officers.
  • Feature settings: Meeting audiences, voting eligibility, result visibility, and similar controls can narrow access further.
These boundaries do not make every association record visible to every member. Use roles and permissions to understand your assigned workspace, then follow the feature-specific privacy guidance before sharing sensitive information.
The current app does not provide a separate privacy-settings dashboard. Privacy-related choices appear in the relevant workflow, such as a meeting audience or voting result visibility. Notification preferences control notifications; they are not a general privacy control.

Protect your information

Use a strong, unique password, keep your account access private, and sign out on a shared device. Review recipients and audiences before publishing an announcement, scheduling a meeting, uploading a document, or sending a message. If access looks wrong, stop sharing information and ask an Association Admin to confirm your association and role.
Asovex's Privacy Policy provides the current public legal information. Help Center guidance explains product controls and does not replace that policy.
