Start a Chat with an Association Member

Live Chat connects you directly with another active member of your current association.

Start from a member profile

  1. Sign in to Asovex.
  2. Open the association member list or directory available in your workspace.
  3. Find the member you want to contact.
  4. Select the chat icon or chat action for that member.
  5. Enter a message and select Send.
If you have not chatted with that member before, Asovex creates the conversation when you send the first text, file, image, or voice note.

Choose someone from the chat screen

On a larger screen, the Chats panel lists active association members. Use Search members to filter by name or displayed location, then select a member. A previous conversation shows its latest message and unread count; a member without a previous conversation can still be selected to begin one.
The separate Messages page lists conversations that already contain messages. If it says No messages yet, start from a member's profile or select a member in the chat screen.
Only active members returned for your current association appear in the member picker. Read Live Chat access and member status if someone is missing.
