Open and Download Association Documents

Documents in the association library open through an application available on your device.

Open a document

  1. Open Documents and locate the file.
  2. Select the document card or download action.
  3. Review the confirmation showing the document title.
  4. Select Download & Open.
Asovex downloads the file to temporary device storage and asks the device to open it with a compatible application. The exact viewer and save options depend on your browser, operating system, and installed applications. A successful download increases the document's displayed download count.
If the file does not open, make sure your device has an application that supports its format. Retry on a stable connection, or ask the uploader to verify the file. See troubleshoot Documents and Projects for additional checks.
Opening a library document is separate from opening a file shared in Live Chat.
