Understand Leadership Role History and Notifications

When an Association Admin confirms a role assignment, Asovex records the change for the current association and creates an in-app notification for the affected member.

Role history

The member's leadership review can show recent role changes with:
  • The previous role and new role
  • Who made the change
  • When it was recorded
  • Whether the assignment was marked manual, recommended, or vote-based
  • A short change summary
History records the change event. It does not create a fixed leadership term, an automatic end date, or a scheduled role reversal. A later role change creates another history entry.

Member notification

A first appointment produces a You have a new leadership role notification. A later change produces Your role has changed. Selecting that Notification Center item opens the member's Leadership Role Notice, where the current role fit, recommendation summary, activity, and available history can be reviewed.
This verified workflow creates an in-app notification. It does not establish that every role change sends email, SMS, or push delivery. For notification history and read status, see use the Notification Center.
