Understand Communication in Asovex
Asovex keeps general association updates in two places: Announcements presents association activity selected for wider visibility, while Notifications keeps a personal list of updates addressed to your account.Announcements
Recent announcements can appear on your dashboard. Open Announcements or select View All from the dashboard panel to browse the full list, newest first. Each entry shows a description, who performed the original activity, and when it was announced. Learn more in view association announcements.Authorized association officers can turn an existing association activity into an announcement. The announcement uses the activity's recorded description; there is no separate free-form announcement editor in the current workflow. See publish an association activity as an announcement.
Notifications
The Notification Center is your personal history of updates. Unread items are visually distinct, and the dashboard notification badge reflects your unread count. Selecting an item marks it as read and, for supported update types, opens the relevant area of Asovex.Use the Notification Center to review updates. Notification channel and topic switches are available in your profile under Notification Preferences; see manage notification preferences.
Announcements and notifications are separate from Live Chat. They provide association-wide updates and account notifications rather than direct conversations. For one-to-one member messaging, see Understand Live Chat in Asovex.
