Resolve Inactive Account or Association Access
Asovex distinguishes an inactive member account from an inactive association. The screen shown after sign-in identifies which recovery path applies.Your member account is inactive
The inactive-account screen says that normal workspace access is paused and identifies the association, your role, and the available administrator contact. Use Open email or Call now when those contact options are available and ask the Association Admin to review the account status.Only the association administrator can reactivate the member account through the verified workflow. After reactivation, select Refresh on the inactive-access screen. Asovex returns the account to its role dashboard when active status is confirmed.
The association is inactive
An inactive association opens the Association Recovery Center. Association Admins receive the available recovery actions. Other roles see guidance to contact an Association Admin.Recovery can depend on subscription state and active-member capacity. The center may allow the administrator to reactivate the current access, apply a due plan change, return to Free, or first resolve a member-limit issue. Use the current plan and member values shown there; limits are not fixed in this article.
Select Refresh or Retry after the underlying issue is resolved. Do not create a replacement association or new personal account as a shortcut, because that does not restore the existing workspace and history.
For capacity rules, read Asovex plan member limits. For an ordinary membership or join-request problem, use association and membership troubleshooting.
