How to Cancel a Pending Join Request

Cancel a pending join request only when you no longer want the association to review it or when you need to submit a different request.

Cancel the request

  1. Sign in to Asovex.
  2. Open the Join Communities experience.
  3. Open the pending-request information when it is shown.
  4. Choose Cancel Request.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.
After cancellation, Asovex allows you to submit a new request. Confirm the association you want before you start again.

Before you cancel

A cancellation ends the active request; it does not approve membership or create an account. If you only need to wait for the association's decision, leave the request pending.
