How to Submit a Join Request

Use Join Communities to ask an association to consider your membership request.

Send your request

  1. Sign in to Asovex.
  2. Open Join Communities and choose the association you want to join.
  3. Review the association profile.
  4. Choose the join-request option.
  5. Complete the requested contact details and any message field carefully.
  6. Submit the request.
Asovex checks for an existing membership or a pending request before accepting a new one. This protects associations from duplicate requests.

What happens next

Your request stays pending while the association reviews it. Do not keep submitting the form if you already received a pending confirmation. Read Understand pending join requests for the next steps.
