Filter Financial Reports by Period

The period selector at the top of Financial reports applies one range to the report bundle.
Available choices are:
  • This month
  • Last 30 days
  • This quarter
  • This year
  • All time
Select a period to reload the overview, collections, invoices, member financial results, campaigns, fees, trend, and ledger information for that range. The active choice remains highlighted.
This month, This quarter, and This year follow the current calendar period. Last 30 days includes the current day and the preceding 29 days. All time removes the date boundary used by the preset ranges.
The current Reports page does not offer a customer-facing custom start and end date picker, status filter, payment-method filter, or general member filter. The member selector in Member financial insights changes only the focused insight card; it does not recalculate the complete report.
CSV exports use the report bundle currently loaded with the selected period. Confirm the period before following Export financial reports to CSV.
